This Privacy Policy explains how Prism Spectrum ("Prism Spectrum", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you. It applies to prismspectrumai.com, our applications (including Prism, BD Econ Intelligence, Memory Weaver, and BrickMaster), and our platform integrations — including services built on the Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp).

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

Information you provide — such as your name, email address, and the contents of messages or requests you send to us.
Account & authentication data — when you sign in (for example, via Google or Apple), we receive basic profile information such as your name and email to create and secure your account.
Platform data — where you connect a Meta platform (Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp), we process the messages and profile details necessary to provide the requested feature, in accordance with Meta's platform terms.
Usage & device data — technical information such as IP address, browser type, and interactions with our services, used to operate and improve them.

3. How we use information

To provide, maintain, and improve our applications and features.
To authenticate you and keep your account and data secure.
To respond to your inquiries and provide support.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Third-party platforms and services

We use trusted third-party providers to operate our services — including cloud hosting and database providers, authentication providers (Google, Apple), and the Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) where you choose to use those integrations. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service and under their own privacy terms. Our use of information received from Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

5. Data sharing and disclosure

We share information only with the service providers described above, when required by law or to protect our rights and users, or as part of a business transfer. We do not otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

7. Your rights and data deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. To delete your data — including any data obtained through a Meta (Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp) integration — email cradnan@prismspectrumai.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the account or profile you used. We will verify your request and permanently delete the associated data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to promptly address any incident.

9. International users

Prism Spectrum operates from Bangladesh and serves users globally. By using our services, you understand that your information may be processed in Bangladesh and other countries where we or our providers operate.

10. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

11. Changes to this policy
